Paradise Lagoons Campdraft

Each year, Blue Creek Custom Saddles sponsors the Ladies Draft at Paradise Lagoons with a fabulous hand made saddle. Every lady who competes on the day goes into the draw to win, so EVERYONE has a chance to win it!

The model of the saddle for the 2011 draft was the ‘Statesman Campdrafter’.
The lucky winner was Lenore Cole of Nebo and here is what she has to say about her saddle:

Hi Sue,
At all the drafts we have been to after winning my saddle at Paradise, I have had lots and lots of people ask what my saddle is, because it looks so good!! Lots of people have had a sit in it saying the same thing as me, “it is really nice to sit in and is very comfy”.
From the first time I sat in the saddle it felt like I had been in it for ever! I took it mustering for the first time, in some very steep country and we would have ridden about 20km and it was so lovely not to get a sore butt!!!!!
It is also very good on my horses back. Anyway I can not say enough about the saddle you guys made for the prize at Paradise Lagoons, and I am so very lucky to have won it!!!!

Hi Ian and Sue,
We have had our Dry Creek fender saddles now for a couple of weeks and just love them. We have had some nice saddles over the years but these are definitely the standouts for comfort, look and performance.
All our horses have been very happy being ridden in them and stretch out nicely with full shoulder movement.
We are so glad we headed up your way for a holiday and came across your website - what a find!! Here are a couple of photos taken after a big ride through the Moira sand hills down our way. The Palomino is my horse Buzz and the brown is Terry's horse Lance.
